At Lothersdale Pet Retreat, each pooch gets their own spacious lodge to call home! With all-day access to their own private garden area complete with artificial turf, your dog can enjoy outdoor fun whenever they like.

Our heated rooms with temperature-controlled radiators ensure your pet stays cozy, and soothing music plays on the radio to keep them relaxed. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and rooms are decorated to create a 'home from home' environment with soft, comfy beds— some of which are human-sized day beds so your dog can relax without getting that "I can't believe you're on the bed again" look!

For added convenience, there’s a dog flap leading to a separate overnight outdoor toilet area. We keep things exciting with toys and treats, plus offer 1:1 time with our staff for those essential cuddles and play sessions. We only exercise dogs from the same household together, so your pup will love running free off-lead in our secure fields during exercise and playtime. And to keep you in the loop, we send you WhatsApp photo updates of your furry friend's holiday adventures whilst you're away!

What does a day involve?
We understand how hard it is for our furry guests to say goodbye to their favourite humans, that's why we pride ourselves on offering a dog boarding experience that truly feels like a home away from home, designed with your dog's comfort and happiness in mind.
Exercise and play
Our guests can enjoy running free in our secure, fenced fields twice a day. Whether it's playing fetch with our staff or taking a leisurely stroll, your pet will have plenty of opportunities to stay active and enjoy off-lead freedom. Please note, we only exercise dogs from the same household together.
Food
When bringing your dog for boarding please pack enough food to last their entire stay. This helps us maintain their usual diet and avoid any upset tummies. Rest assured, we follow your feeding instructions, and we have kitchen facilities including fridge and freezer to store your dogs food if needed. Of course, it’s a holiday, so we do provide some delicious treats (with permission) to make their stay extra special!
Relaxing
Relaxation is a top priority for our furry guests. Dogs can unwind by spending quality cuddle time with our dedicated staff inside their cozy lodges, lounging on their comfy beds while listening to soothing radio tunes, or basking in the sunshine in their private gardens. Every aspect is designed to try and make sure that your pet enjoys a stress-free stay.
