Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to high demand and to ensure we can provide the best care and accommodate all our furry guests, please be aware of our cancellation policy:

If you cancel within one week of the reservation (7 days), the full fee will be charged.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of the reservation (8-14 days) 75% of the total booking will be charged.

If you cancel within 3 weeks of the reservation (15-21 days) 50% of the total booking will be charged.
Please note;
If, for any reason, your pet requires collecting prior to the arranged date, the full fee of the stay will still be charged. (i.e. your holiday is cut short, dog is displaying aggression, you wish to collect early, etc)
