We would love to know your thoughts

A luxury stay for dogs

We are saying goodbye to outdoor kennels with metal bars and hello to 15 brand new, temperature controlled, luxury dog boarding suites with cosy furnishings and soft beds - just like at home! Our upcoming dog boarding suites with private gardens are designed to give your dogs the space and freedom they need to feel happy and relaxed.

We understand how hard it is for our guests to say goodbye to their favourite humans - that's why we have increased our staff to dog ratios to provide ample time to play, exercise and cuddle with our furry guests.

It's no secret that the biggest stressor for dogs in kennels is the noise levels, that's why we have designed the privacy of individual chalet style suites rather than a busy kennel block, to ensure all of our guests have a calm and relaxed stay.

When it comes to exercise and play our dog guests will be spoilt for choice with the introduction of our new indoor play area! Along with two brand new, re-landscaped exercise areas with built-in dog activities.  Then, it's back to their spacious rooms with 90sq ft of indoor space and a private garden with over 320 sq ft to play and roam all day long.

We are increasing our working day hours, meaning that after a long fun-filled day of exercise, socialising and play, our guests should be ready to settle for the night in their rooms.

Brand new cat hotel

We will no longer be using the old cattery building and instead building a new 'home-from-home' cat hotel that will contain 10 individually designed rooms, each will be temperature controlled with homely interiors and soft furnishings.

The spacious rooms will have large windows and provide an abundance of activities for our feline guests, with built in climbing shelves, jumping platforms, scratching posts and comfortable cat trees to sit and watch the beautiful surroundings of nature and wildlife.

Each room will be complete with a private, secure 'catio' for outdoor fun and enrichment, with plenty of toys and treats to keep our guests entertained.

Increased staffing means that your cats get more 1 to 1 time with our staff for cuddles, grooming and playtime throughout the day.
